It is our 3rd NMT, and it is planned along with a Structured Experimental Learning followed by the review meeting. The objective is very clear, and it is to help build on the Leadership Competence.
What is the agenda – it is to offer Structured Experiential Learning (SEL) , in an outward-bound setting, amidst nature. Emulating nature, maintain level field (as much as the sun or rain that is same for all!), and provide a risk free and non-threatening learning environment. The only outcome of SEL is learning and this philosophy is kept in mind right from the design stage…
Unlike in a classroom, in SEL, our head, heart and gut are involved. In fact, the entire body is learning !!
We would be doing it over two days at the Pegasus Camp near Bangalore. Pegasus is a renowned organisation in the space of Leadership Development. They work with some of the large Corporations in India. We are very happy to let you know – the programme has been customised to cater to the needs of NMT members of Young Indians!!
