The initiative structured in phases included in-person mentoring at the Roshan Mustaqbil Youth Centre, 20 hours of online guidance, and a national showcase at YiFi 2025 in Mumbai. The final pitch and award ceremony took place in Kupwara on 26–27 September 2025. The winners of the final pitch were awarded with  certificates and prize money by Brigadier Shaktawat, Deputy General of Command, Chinar Corps, Mr Pradeep Chenthilkumar,Joint Chair – Entrepreneurship and Yashodhara Bajoria, Chair – Governance of Young Indians.

Startups such as Dream Cabs, Keran Lights, FLWOK and Barkat Bistro were recognized, gaining exposure, partnerships and investor interest. The initiative highlights entrepreneurship as a catalyst for empowerment, resilience, and inclusive growth.
