The Leadership Academy paves the way to equip all the Yi leaders with frameworks and tools to become impactful, inspiring and compassionate leaders. It helps them broaden their perspectives and enhance their understanding in alignment with Yi principles and core values.
Last year's Annual Leadership Academy for Co-Chairs and Yi Leadership Conclave for Chapter Executive Members played a key role in honing the leadership fraternity. The program modules talked about the Genesis of Yi, the Yi Journey, Integrity over Ambition, CII & Yi Connect, the Power of Emotions and Values, and Discussions on Various Projects, Initiatives, Operations, Leadership, and Decision-Making.
