Schools play a pivotal role in the Young Indians Parliament by nominating the brightest minds to participate in this prestigious event. There is no participation limit. Please note each parliament session will select the best 150 -170 students from the pool of nominations received.Â
Start here to register your school and unlock a world of debate, deliberation, and empowerment for your students.
1. Visit the Registration Portal: Access our centralised registration platform at [https://forms.office.com/r/LbeKg6k9Jh] to begin the process.
2. Submit School Details: Provide essential information about your school, including name, location, and contact details.
3. Await Verification: Our team will review your submission and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email once vetted.
4. Nominate Students: After confirmation, nominate students to represent your school at the YIP. Share the Student Parliamentarian Nomination Paper with eligible candidates.
5. Confirmation: Once student nominations are submitted, the team of reviewers will judge and vote on the top candidates. They will select the top 150 -170 for each region.
6. Preparations: Once student are shortlisted they will receive further instructions and resources to prepare your team for the event.

Nomination Process:
1. Access the YIP Registration Form: Students interested in participating must directly access the official YIP Registration Google Form through the link shared by the chapter/school/YIP team.
2. Fill in Participant Details: The Google Form is designed to accommodate details for up to 10 participants. Students registering individually may fill in only their details and proceed to the end of the form for submission. Additional participant fields may be skipped if not applicable.
3. Prepare Your Campaign Pitch: Reflect on the agenda topics provided and prepare your campaign pitch. Also, research on the given topics to develop awareness on the topics considered in YIP this year.
4. Submit Your Nomination: Complete and submit the online nomination form.Â
5. Participation Fee Confirmation : After the nomination form is submitted, a separate payment link will be shared with the participant for payment of the registration fee. The payment of the registration fees is to be done using a city specific payment link which will be shared by Yi members from respective city.
6. Confirmation of Participation : Participation will be considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of the registration fee. Selected participants will thereafter receive further communication and instructions via Email and WhatsApp.
Registration Fees and Inclusions
Overview:
A nominal fee is applicable at each stage of the Young Indians Parliament (YIP) journey:
Chapter Round: ₹399 (including GST)
Regional Round: ₹1499 (including GST), applicable upon selection from the Chapter Round
National Round: No participation fee

Participants selected for each subsequent round will receive detailed instructions on completing the fee payment securely.
Timely payment is required to confirm participation in the respective round of YIP.
