We are the voice of Young Indians globally.

Yi ensures to hone the leadership skills of its members with several learning programs throughout the year, from interactive sessions to talks with national and global leaders to company and industry visits in India and overseas.

One of the oldest and perhaps most important verticals in Yi, the Learning Vertical, as the name implies, has traditionally served as a platform for Yi members to learn from the best; through interactive sessions, company visits, workshops, seminars, and from peers in the organisation.

Interaction with local administration and political leaders provides an opportunity for Yi members to learn about the work they and their departments are doing to make the city modern, dynamic, and competitive.
Learning sessions with trade development bodies ensure that members are educated on opportunities to expand and grow their businesses globally
Learning Missions sees Yi members going to companies, factories, and industries that have set global standards of excellence
Peer-to-peer learning occurs through experience sharing, deliberations, and active leadership in a closed circle of peers
Workshops, seminars, and round tables give members hands-on experience with direct learning.

This has helped position Yi as a body that could attract some of the biggest names in the industry. Learning, however, is limited to those attending and is also often transient.

Leadership is a source of competitive advantage. This is a form that we request all Yi members to fill out to help us understand their learning requirements. We at the Yi National Learning Team look to create an inspirational platform for Yi members to engage in leadership development in 2024.
